Okay, now that I have the title out of the way. I refuse to feel guilt about not posting. Well, that's a lie. I do feel guilty. But just a little. See, my computer hasn't been letting me stay logged in, so every time I sign off and sign back on, I have to log in again. Those few extra seconds that it takes to type my username and password have been keeping me from posting -- I place all the blame on them!
Woohoo! I feel like I've been accepted into a special writers cult! Except hopefully they don't want all my possessions. Yes,
starandrea convinced me to do NaNo this year. I'm excited, because apparently a large number of snacks are consumed throughout the novel-writing process. Yummm....
So over on
starandrea's page, she posted about grad school, and invited others to share their thoughts, ideas, grocery lists, etc. I thought about posting this there, but then decided to keep it for my own journal, as mine is sadly lacking in entries.
Things I Want for NaNo:
1. snacks
2. cookies (such an important subset of snacks that they deserve their own number)
3. an alien transporter device
4. a superfast internet connection
5. a monkey
